Winging their way

I have 2 fabulous loads of stash on the way from the states as we speak, very yummy!!!!!

Have been busy this weekend loading stash onto the new site, it is getting there!!!

And today my wee boy started Pony Club, he was there all day. He loved it!!!! Came home very dirty and soooooo tired, I may keep him off nursery tomorrow.

Happy Birthday!!!

Today my little girl is 7, where has the time gone?

She got lots of lovely presents and cards, and especially liked the card her little brother made her. He made it all by himself, OK he did use peel off stickers, LOL!

Last week-end it was her friends birthday as well, so we took them all to Pizza Hut and the pictures. Today she had a friend over after school and her gran, grampa and great-grandad came over.

Much fun and chocolate cake was had by all!!!

As some of you may already know, we have a new web site under construction, and what better way to celebrate this!

So I ask that if you would like to be considered for our team that you email 2 projects to me at ange1cra@angelcrafts.biz This can range from a Layout, card, altered project, mini book, whatever

Oops!!

How bad am I, just realised I have not updated my blog all week!!!

Busy week have been at the gym a few times, packed loads of orders, the sale stock is going really fast on the site. Been over at Roz's sending emails out for Luxurious Angels , have a peek at what we have arranged for classes.

Kids are back at school this week, Lauren is 7 week after next so I have been busy buying pressies for her. She is not getting much as already got pony club membership, but we got her an i-pup (thanks Maggie) and a guitar.

Tomorrow I have Linda, Jenni and Elin coming over for a Craft Robo day. Wonder if we will actually learn anything or be too busy talking, hee hee.

A quiet day

This morning Lauren was up bright and early and starving! So her breakfast made dogs out and then Gordon got up and wanted to come into bed for a cuddle. He is still at the really cuddly stage and smells lovely when he just wakes! Emma of course would snuggle in bed all day if I was there so she came in for a cuddle too, and ended up snuggling in between me and Gordon, we were like that for ages, that dog is such a wee sap!!!

Then I got some orders packed, did the ironing (bad word), and then we played with the Hama beads, my brother bought these for Lauren and hey they are really good. I helped Gordon make a duck and Lauren made an L, no doubt we shall make some to incorporate into our scrapping, wonder if they are Acid free? Answers on a postcard please, hee hee

Apart from that have had a quiet day, kids in bed early as back at school tomorrow, and I will be back at the gym to shed some of the pounds the mince pies have piled on!!

Also watched Desperate Housewifes, OMG how good is that??

Wishes and Dreams for 2007

Last year was great, busy yes, but great.
Angel Crafts has grown considerably, I started the business in Oct 2005, with a tiny amount of stock, now there is well, quite a lot!!! Don't forget to check out our HUGE sale!!!!
The crops are also going well and are good fun.
Last year, Roz and I also opened a joint business in the name of Luxurious Angels, we had our first retreat last October and it was fab. We hope that loads of you will join us in March

My little boy also started nursery last year and loves it, cannot believe he will start school in August and Lauren will go into Primary 4

I made loads of new friends last year including all the girls at the crop and the retreat and of course best of all – Roz.
I also got to meet the amazing Kirsty and Anna.
Sadly one friendship did not survive.

We had some sadness at the beginning of last year when Amy our little papillon who had been with us for 15 years had to be put to sleep. Hamish had bought her for my 21st, and she was our baby. Shortly before we had got a new puppy Emma, and after we got another Sophie, again they are both papillons, and we love them loads.



My wishes and dreams for this year, well for Angel Crafts to continue to grow. There is a new site being built just now, which will have a lot more features. Then I shall be looking for a Design team.
Luxurious Angels next retreat is in March, and if it half as good as the last, I will be happy.

Personally I need to lose some weight, xmas has not helped, hee hee!! About a stone and I will be happy, so Monday will see me at the gym………….
I would also like to do more scrapping for me, ie of the kids, etc. Both my kids are into scrapping now, so no doubt we shall be scrapping together.

Most importantly I wish my children and husband much love and happiness. Hamish and I will have been married for 17 years come this August, we were both very young when we got married, I was only 20, he was 21.

I will leave you with a LO I finished today, I have framed it to go in my DD’s room, tomorrow I will do one for Gordon.
It shows all our little papillons together.

Started a LO yesterday, it is a piccy my dad took of Gordon, but Gordon keeps saying that it is not him as he does not have shoes like that ( he used to !!!) and so it must be his little cousin. Kids are sooooo funny.

Quiet time

Have been having a lazy few days, we had my parents and grampa over at xmas (he is 92!!), they are away home now, probably for a rest from the kids, hee hee.

Kids had a fab xmas, and we had to wake them at 8.30 on xmas morning to tell them santa had been. They got loads of pressies including these bikes. Gordon also got what he asked for namely a Power Ranger and a Scrapbook, so the 3 of us can scrap together.

Today we went to East Kilbride as the kids wanted to spend the money their other gran gave them and Lauren came home with yet another Bratz doll!!!

Scrapping

Been busy this week, firstly I finished a LO that I started a couple of months ago!!! Just been busy with the retreat, making album for MIL, so am glad it is finished and am pleased with it.

Next my wee boy has been asking for a scrapbook for ages, he is 4, so I decided to cover a wee album for him and we can do some scrapping together.

Next I decided to cover a wee notebook for Lauren, she loves writing in little books.

Have used Colour My World's Cupcake papers here, they are so yummy

Then I decided that I would do one for my SIL

Used 7 Gypsies here

Then today Lauren came home with xmas pressies from 2 school friends, so I covered a wee note book for them too, phew!!!!!!!!!

Countdown

Getting there! I think, the tree is up, pressies wrapped, shopping list written, bet there is something I have forgotten.

Last week was so busy we had nativity plays for Lauren and Gordon and pony jumps, so by Friday my kids were exhausted, Gordon slept until after 10 on Saturday morning.

On Friday I went to Roz's for a bit of scrapping and then Roz, Heather, Anne and myself went out for lunch, cannot believe I ate sooooo much!! It was a great day, and thank you for my pressie Heather, love it xxx

Roz and I exchanged gifts and one of mine was a Clippy Kit bag, which Roz has challenged me to have finished by the next crop, I think not!!!!!

OK time to go Gordon is hungry!!!

Busy busy

Another busy weekend, had 4 dogs and 3 kids. My parents are away for the weekend so had their dog and Roz was away with Gerry so had Ben and their dog. They were all very good and Gordon loved having Ben to play with.
Yesterday Lauren announced that she needed white tights to wear to her nativity tomorrow!!! So I had to go into Hamilton this morning to get some, luckily Next had them.
I have nearly finished the album for my MIL xmas, want to take a piccy of the kids in front of the tree and that will be it done. Then I will get some pics of the kids scrapped.

Right away to pack the loads of orders in this weekend and do more stash shopping, oops did I say that??? hee hee

They're here!!!

At last the gorgeous papers from Colour My World are here and they are simply stunning!!

IRL they are very shimmery, just gorgeous, think maybe I will just keep them all!! hee hee

Also got some Crop-A-Diles in stock yesterday, and they are all nearly gone already!!!

We have a busy week ahead tomorrow the kids are going riding, and tomorrow night we have Pony Club presentation to go to. On Monday night Roz is coming over to scrap, Tuesday and Wed we have Lauren's nativity, Thurs afternoon, is Gordon's and Thursday night is pony jumping and Fri night we will go and see santa.

There is a house in Coalburn where the owner decorates all his garden and there is even a santa handing out pressies to the kids, it is just fab and sooooo busy. They ask for a donation and the funds go to Sick Kids, if you are nearby go along, you will love it!!!

Spend Spend Spend

That is what I have been doing today!!!
First I bought myself a printer, just now the printer is hooked up to my hubby's PC and is one which has 5 differnet ink cartridges, which are chipped, and costs a fortune for ink. Also if I needed anything printed from my laptop, it was a pain!! So that is number 1

Secondly I ordered lots of 3 Bugs goodies from the states, so they will be here probably next week, yummy, I will want to keep them all

Thirdly more Lippy Chick Books, I seem to go through them like anything, and if you buy one on its own or in a kit before 10th Dec, you have a chance of winning something.

Fourthly is a suprise.................................................................... watch the site!!!!!

So Cute

Was looking through some photos tonight and came accross this one thet my dad had taken of our dog Emma. She was just weeks old then and now she is 16 months.

Anyway that is all from me, I need my bed!

Lauren has been at my mum's some of the weekend, as they took her to the ballet to see Sleeping Beauty, so Gordon has been playing a lot with the dogs, and as you can see, has been getting lots of kisses xxx

He was also dressed up as Scooby Doo, as I want to make a LO of him as I have some fab Scooby Doo stickers to use.

Not done much this weekend, did some more pages from the album I am making my MIL for xmas, only 10 more LO's to do!! Better get my skates on! Am also making my mum a Lippy Chick book so managed to get a bit more of that done.

Right away to get on, my delivery from the states should be here on Tuesday, so watch the site!!!!
